Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer role acting as a software detective to provide dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in O9 Solutions.
• 15 years full time education.
• Must have: proficiency in O9 Solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
• Experience with monitoring and managing enterprise-level software applications.
• Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capability to document technical processes and solutions clearly and concisely.
