Application Support Engineer

Overview

Act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software components.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to troubleshoot network-related problems.
• Familiarity with configuring and maintaining routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Understanding of security principles and best practices related to network infrastructure.
