Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.

What you'll do

• Identify and solve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development environments.
• Work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with cross-functional teams.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SD Access Operations.
• Basic networking skills including Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent).
• Minimum 3 skills from: F5 Load Balancers, Cisco ACI, Arista, VMWare - vSphere Networking.
• Minimum 3 skills from: Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, REST APIs, CI/CD.
• At least 2 skills from: Cloud Networking, Automation, SDWAN, Firewalls.
• 15 years full-time education is required.
