Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer responsible for investigating and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve application and system issues across essential business system components.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business needs.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with and manage the team as an SME and contribute to key decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience managing and supporting enterprise-level business applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate technical information effectively.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Capability to document solutions and maintain knowledge bases for ongoing support.
