Associate Site Reliability Engineer Specialist

Overview

Associate Site Reliability Engineer Specialist responsible for ensuring reliability, availability, and performance of production applications and cloud infrastructure within the Experience & Portals Application Operations team.

What you'll do

• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of production applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support critical business services.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive operational excellence through automation.
• Lead incident management and coordinate resolution across multiple teams/applications.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents.
• Define and track operational KPIs, SLAs, SLOs, and service health metrics.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks, knowledge articles, and SOPs.

What you'll need

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, SRE, or similar IT operations roles.
• 2 to 3 years of experience leading support or SRE teams.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE applications.
• Experience supporting Spring Boot and microservices architectures.
• Understanding of REST APIs and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Java-based applications.
