Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer responsible for investigating and resolving issues across critical business system components to keep applications running reliably.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
• Perform independently and become a subject-matter expert (SME).
• Contribute actively in team discussions and provide solutions to support-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand issues and implement resolutions.
• Continuously monitor and ensure smooth operation of critical applications.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base.
• Guide and support junior team members; improve support processes and tools.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
• Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex software issues.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining business-critical applications for high availability.
• Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and automation frameworks related to application support.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• 15 years full-time education is required.
