Application Support Engineer responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving issues across critical business system components to maintain stability and performance.

What you'll need

• 0–2 years of experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
• Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve complex software issues.
• Ability to work with multiple software components and understand interdependencies.
• Experience monitoring tools and incident management processes related to unified communication systems.
• Any Degree or 3 Year Diploma.
