NOC Engineer

Overview

As a NOC Engineer, you will support service management activities and help monitor and analyze IT infrastructure services for internal and client stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Generate and distribute reports and/or provide dashboards for internal and regular clients.
• Assist with Change, Problem, and other service management processes.
• Perform routine Problem and Request management analyses.
• Maintain high standards of written communications.
• Reach out to account representatives to understand service and reporting needs.
• Participate in continuous service improvement for in-scope ESM processes and services.
• Escalate complex issues through the standard escalation process and maintain ticket hygiene.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• BA/BS degree.
• NOC experience/knowledge.
• Networking skills.
• ITIL concepts knowledge.
• Servers knowledge.
• Infrastructure monitoring skills.

Details

• Be willing to work on 24×7 rotational shifts.
