Engineer - Application Support N 4A

Overview

Engineer – Application Support, responsible for evolving and supporting Genpact’s Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform used for enterprise contracting capabilities.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, configure, and automate solutions within the Ironclad CLM platform.
• Build and maintain workflows, approval processes, contract templates, clause libraries, and dynamic business rules.
• Administer Ironclad systems including user roles, security permissions, release schedules, and environment updates.
• Oversee platform governance, monitoring, incident management, and change control for high availability.
• Provide production support by troubleshooting Ironclad and its integrations.
• Execute testing plans including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Support vulnerability remediation, risk assessments, and incident response activities.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management tools, ideally Ironclad, or SaaS platform development.
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad or similar CLM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a relevant field.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit requirements.
• Experience working within Agile or Product Model delivery organizations.
• ITIL Foundation certification capability is listed as “ITIL Foundation - Axelos/ Axelos.”
