Overview

Application Support Engineer role acting as a software detective to identify and solve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve performance and stability.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
• Monitor and maintain business intelligence platforms to ensure optimal performance.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with database management and query optimization related to business intelligence tools.
• Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
