Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer responsible for proactively identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of critical applications.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify and resolve application issues across essential business system components.
• Continuously monitor and analyze systems to maintain integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely issue resolution and minimize business disruption.
• Act as an SME, collaborate with and help manage the team’s work.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Experience with SAP Security (good to have).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues within SAP GRC environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining compliance controls and risk management frameworks within SAP systems.
• Familiarity with system integration points and understanding governance and compliance-related business processes.
