Overview

Engineer - Application Support S4A to support and maintain application performance, troubleshoot issues, and partner with developers on fixes and enhancements.

What you'll do

• Monitor and maintain the performance of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or system errors.
• Collaborate with developers to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users on application functionality.
• Participate in testing and deployment of new applications or updates.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• IT certifications including CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Server+.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.
• Microsoft Office Specialist MS Access (Microsoft Access) experience/qualification.
• English language proficiency marked as Proficient (C2).
