Applied AI Architect

Overview

Serve as a customer-facing Applied AI and Pre-Sales Architect, helping enterprise customers across India and APAC understand, integrate, evaluate, and deploy Claude in their technology environments.

What you'll do

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Advise enterprise customers from technical discovery through evaluation and deployment.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Design scalable architectures and guide Claude integrations with enterprise systems.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for customer-specific use cases.
• Create technical content for engineering teams and executives.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites in India and APAC.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience with enterprise customers in India or APAC.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Comfort with Python.
• Strong technical communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools.
• Background in machine learning or data science.
