Apprentice, Channels Client On-boarding Specialist

Overview

This apprentice role on the Data Management Solutions (DMS) Client On-Boarding team reviews and facilitates entitlement requests for DMS datafeed and API products, ensuring clients receive the correct products, packages and third-party licenses.

What you'll do

• Manage fulfilment cases created after Sales Opportunities or Quotes are submitted for DMS platforms.
• Review product components in Trials, New Sales and Renewals, including approvals and third-party licenses.
• Understand package relationships, technical dependencies and licensing requirements.
• Work with the Fulfilment team to ensure clients have the correct entitlements.
• Keep information accurately documented in Salesforce.
• Manage, improve and update the tools used by the DMS team for client on-boarding.
• Raise process improvements and update procedures.
• Maintain strong communication and working relationships with Application Specialists, Relationship Managers, Sales reps, Product Managers and other stakeholders.

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to work accurately in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a strong process-oriented mindset for developing efficient workflows and solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with demonstrated resilience and adaptability in dynamic business environments.
• Demonstrable evidence of planning and organization skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) or advanced knowledge in Excel.
