Overview
Apprentice role supporting onboarding and background verification (BGV) processes, including transaction handling and administrative tasks.
What you'll do
- Ensure smooth execution of Onboarding and Background Verification (BGV) processes, including transaction handling and administrative tasks, leveraging standard technologies and processes.
- Maintain employment data and records meticulously and generate relevant reports as needed.
- Continuously identify and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and align with defined turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards.
- Provide data to stakeholders as per agreed timelines and parameters.
