Apprentice - Embedded Engineer

Overview

Apprentice role in Arrow's embedded engineering team, performing entry-level tasks under close supervision while transitioning from college to the corporate environment.

What you'll do

• Perform basic job role functions with close supervision.
• Assist experienced employees by performing entry-level tasks.
• Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications.
• Perform basic problem-solving functions.
• Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements as applicable.
• Work in a real-time corporate environment and adapt the transition from college to corporate world.

What you'll need

• 2026 pass-out, fresh graduates with 60% aggregate.
• Technical Apprentice: MCA/MSc IT/BE/B.Tech (IT, CS, Electronics related streams only).
• Students awaiting final semester results may be referred, provided they have no backlogs and hold a provisional degree certificate at the time of joining.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Express ideas with clarity, as the role requires regular exchange of communication.
• Demonstrate logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Skill in prioritizing work and multi-tasking.
• Committed and willing to learn, contribute and grow.
• Process oriented and a good team player.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MS Office: basic Excel and PPT is an add-on advantage.
• Programming knowledge such as PL/SQL, SQL (for Technical Apprentice only).
• Programming knowledge such as C, C++, Python.
• A basic understanding of microcontrollers or microprocessors, power electronics, or FPGA.
• Thorough understanding of lab equipment such as DSO and multimeters (for Electronic Engineering Apprentice only).

• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
• Time type: Full time.
• Apprentice program for 1 year, extendable subject to program norms and conditions, or converted to employee subject to performance and availability of roles.
• Annual fixed stipend of INR 30,000 per month.
