Apprentice - IT

Overview

Innovaccer is hiring an Apprentice in IT (titled System Engineer, Enterprise - IT in the description) to help build, maintain and troubleshoot the company's expanding IT environment, overseeing computing systems and equipment so they operate effectively and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day user complaints and issues.
• Monitor systems and network infrastructure.
• Perform new system and laptop installations and assignments.
• Manage assets.
• Monitor and manage security patches on Windows, MacBook and Linux systems.
• Manage software licenses.

What you'll need

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) desktop.
• Knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• End-user support experience.
