APU Quality Engineer/Sr Engineer (M/F/D)

Overview

APU Quality Engineer/Sr Engineer role responsible for quality operations activities on the production line, including QRQC, audits, quality tracking, documentation updates, and escalation/communication on quality matters.

What you'll do

• Initiate QRQC in the QIM database and help contain and validate the robustness of containment.
• Support APU/Site managers in analyzing issues assigned in QRQC activities.
• Update APU quality tracking charts (including Customer Returns and Cost of Non Quality).
• Perform line audits to detect non-compliance with standards and define actions with the APU team.
• Perform revision of the control plan after an issue.
• Verify 4M matrix adherence for product/process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval.
• Represent Valeo with respect to customer quality matters (communication/escalation).
