Overview

Architect for application development at Genpact, designing and implementing software architecture for large-scale applications and providing technical leadership to development teams.

What you'll do

• Design and implement software architecture for large-scale applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and design specifications.
• Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to determine their relevance and potential impact on the overall architecture.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues proactively.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality and performance metrics are met.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Master's in Software Engineering.
• Language: English, proficient (C2).
