Architect - Cloud Technologies N 4D

Overview

Lead L3 hybrid cloud and workplace infrastructure operations across Microsoft Azure, identity, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, PKI, Citrix, and on-premises platforms. The role includes architecture guidance, modernization, FinOps governance, incident leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do

• Lead L3 technical support for hybrid infrastructure spanning datacenters and Azure.
• Administer Azure compute, storage, networking, backup, monitoring, governance, and identity services.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and Azure FinOps optimization.
• Administer PKI, certificates, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint platforms.
• Lead major incidents, root-cause analysis, problem management, and preventive actions.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and maintain technical standards, runbooks, and architecture documentation.

What you'll need

• Experience managing enterprise end-user computing and infrastructure environments.
• Expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, Citrix, PKI, and hybrid identity.
• Knowledge of PowerShell automation and Azure Cost Management or FinOps.
• Experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM platform.
• Bachelor’s or master’s qualification in a listed computing, information technology, or network engineering discipline.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level.
• Relevant Azure, Microsoft 365, Endpoint, ITIL, or Citrix certifications.

Nice to have

• Azure governance, landing zones, Azure Virtual Desktop, Defender, backup, infrastructure as code, or cloud migration experience.
