Technical Architect 4D

Overview

Lead L3 hybrid cloud and workplace infrastructure operations across Microsoft Azure, identity, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, PKI, and on-premises platforms. Provide architecture guidance, modernization leadership, FinOps governance, and operational support in a hybrid environment.

What you'll do

• Lead L3 support for on-premises and Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Administer Azure compute, storage, networking, backup, monitoring, governance, and identity services.
• Manage hybrid identity using Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Drive infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Optimize Azure costs through rightsizing, utilization analysis, reserved capacity planning, and governance.
• Lead major incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and maintain architecture documentation, standards, runbooks, and SOPs.

What you'll need

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure administration, Entra ID, AD DS, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience administering Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022.
• Experience with PKI, certificate management, Microsoft 365, Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Windows Autopilot.
• Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Azure Cost Management, FinOps, and PowerShell automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level.

Nice to have

• Azure governance and landing zone knowledge.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Defender, Azure Backup, infrastructure as code, or cloud migration.
• Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Endpoint, ITIL Foundation, or Citrix certification.
