Architect - Cybersecurity, Product Security

Overview

Lead, mentor, and develop security engineers while strengthening product and cloud infrastructure security. The role focuses on security engineering, automation, secure-by-design practices, and incident response.

What you'll do

• Educate and train employees on security-conscious practices.
• Promote policy-as-code, security automation, and AI/ML-enabled threat detection.
• Evaluate, roll out, and maintain security tooling and technologies.
• Embed security and vulnerability management into product development.
• Manage internal security incident response efforts.
• Design tooling to automate security operations.
• Mentor security team members and influence technical effectiveness.

What you'll need

• At least 8 years of experience securing large, scalable systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of security risks and mitigations for cloud applications and infrastructure.
• Experience securing AWS infrastructure managed with infrastructure as code.
• Experience securing containers and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of security engineering, application security, and web or mobile security.
• Experience with penetration testing, threat modeling, and architecture reviews.

• Experience working with a fully distributed, remote team is required.
