Lead - Security Architecture

Overview

Lead security architecture initiatives and align enterprise security requirements, controls, and designs with business objectives. Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams across infrastructure, cloud, enterprise architecture, and security.

What you'll do

• Define functional and non-functional security requirements for solutions.
• Set technical direction and evaluate security solutions with stakeholders.
• Design and document conceptual and detailed security architectures.
• Develop security standards, reference architectures, patterns, and guidelines.
• Assess controls across data protection, IAM, networks, infrastructure, and incident response.
• Lead control implementation, remediation, and enterprise security initiatives.
• Create and review threat models and advise on security designs and configurations.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years in security and solution architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS cloud platforms.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide security architecture and implementation initiatives.
• Expertise in at least one domain: infrastructure, application, network, IAM, data, or endpoint.
• Knowledge of NIST, CSA CCM, or CIS Critical Security Controls.
• BE/BTech degree and relevant work experience.
• Experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS security architecture, engineering, or equivalent certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Threat Modeling Tool, SD Element, or open-source threat-modeling tools.
• CISSP or equivalent certification.
• TOGAF, SABSA, CCSP, CCSK, or cloud-vendor certification.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and CWE Top 25.
