Architect - Enterprise Application ServiceNow N 4D

Overview

Architect role for Genpact's Enterprise Application ServiceNow practice, focused on ServiceNow development and customization across ITSM and CSM, with additional exposure to HRSD, TPRM and AI agents.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization, primarily across ITSM and CSM
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide APIs, and platform scripting
• Experience with update sets, code reviews, development standards, and deployments
• Understanding of Agile methodology, requirement analysis, effort estimation, and impact assessment
• Exposure to ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI-enabled solutions
• Knowledge of testing, troubleshooting, and ServiceNow best practices
• Qualification: Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's in Software Engineering
• Certified System Administrator – ServiceNow
• English language proficiency, Proficient – C2

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of HRSD and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and relevant CIS certifications
