What you'll do

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements.
• Develop and implement custom applications, integrations, and configurations in the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in ServiceNow best practices.
• Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the ServiceNow platform and recommend innovative solutions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's degree in Software Engineering.
• Certified System Administrator – ServiceNow.
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Change Management, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, Modernizing Operations, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Risk Management, ServiceNow Platform, Storytelling.
• English language proficiency at C2 (Proficient) level.
