Overview

Lead the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, guiding teams through design and delivery while setting development standards for code quality, scalability and performance.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks to improve software reliability and efficiency.
• Analyze complex systems and identify areas for automation and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated test scripts and environments.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with various testing tools and methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• 15 years full time education.
