Lead - Software Engineering

Overview

Lead Software Engineer responsible for architecting, building, testing, and delivering Java-based solutions for a digital asset tokenisation platform.

What you'll do

• Review system requirements and business processes.
• Design, code, test, debug, and maintain software solutions.
• Develop software tools, utilities, and operating system components.
• Develop security solutions and application software.
• Ensure applications work across platforms and browsers.
• Partner with development, QA, product, and business teams on technical solutions.
• Mentor colleagues and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 9–12 years of software development experience.
• Core Java skills.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• AI tools experience and blockchain network expertise.
• BE in Computer Science.

Nice to have

• Capital market domain exposure.
• Experience with AWS Cloud.
• ReactJS framework experience.
• AI awareness and familiarity with AI tools.
