Overview

Lead Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) projects and strategic solutions within PwC’s Oracle Supply Chain and Operations practice. Drive client delivery capabilities, process quality, operational excellence and supply chain transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) projects to enhance client delivery capabilities.
• Manage project resources and budgets to optimize cost efficiency and operational processes.
• Develop and implement Oracle-based solutions for supply chain transformation and performance improvement.
• Utilize Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Oracle Manufacturing Cloud to streamline operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain consulting and strategic planning initiatives.
• Apply data-driven insights and analytical thinking to support demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Oversee the integration of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Logistics to improve order management and procurement strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to support project delivery and service excellence.
• Promote process improvement and innovation within supply chain management frameworks.
• Validate data integrity and compliance within Oracle database systems and reporting tools.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 15 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems.
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications.
• Advanced skills in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Experience utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for comprehensive supply chain solutions.
• Experience leading strategic supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Experience innovating processes for operational excellence in Oracle SCM environments.
• Experience developing high-performing teams through effective coaching and feedback.
