About the role

We're seeking an Architectural Designer with 2–8 years of experience to join our design and engineering team in Noida. You'll take ownership of structural drawings, design coordination, and construction documentation for reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and wood buildings—working alongside our Houston office to deliver projects that meet both functional and aesthetic excellence.

What you'll do

Generate detailed structural drawings for reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and wood buildings using 2D and 3D design software
Perform routine to moderately complex drafting and detailing to produce accurate construction drawings and plans in accordance with customer contracts, industry standards, and established procedures
Coordinate with Engineers and Designers within the office to ensure design alignment and project coherence
Prepare technical drawings and comprehensive construction documents that support fabrication and on-site execution
Evaluate design proposals and provide input on material selection, layout optimization, and cost efficiency
Participate in design coordination meetings with internal teams and maintain effective communication across time zones with the Houston office
Ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and safety standards throughout the design process
Contribute to value engineering exercises to optimize project costs without compromising quality or design intent
Maintain accurate documentation and version control of design files, specifications, and project records

What we're looking for

2–8 years of experience in architectural or structural design with demonstrated proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of structural and MEP systems, construction methods, and building materials
Ability to read, interpret, and produce architectural and engineering drawings with precision
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and ability to communicate effectively on Microsoft Teams and other internet meeting platforms
Deadline-oriented mindset with strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems
Ability to maintain concurrent working hours with the Houston office
