ASIC CAD Intern - Master's degree

Overview

Marvell is seeking an approved 2027 intern to work on ASIC backend (RTL2GDS2) implementation and signoff flows, automating methodologies with scripts.

What you'll do

• Define and create methodologies to address challenges across implementation and signoff flows (floor planning, placement, clock insertion, routing, timing closure, and physical verification, Static Timing Analysis (STA)) using industry standard EDA tools.
• Automate methodologies by writing scripts in Python/TCL/Shell etc.
• Liaise between design team leads and EDA vendors.
• Apply understanding of AI/ML concepts to improve backend (RTL2GDS2) productivity.

What you'll need

• Approved Intern for 2027 Calendar Year.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
