Assistant Manager, Brand

Overview

Assistant Manager, Brand is an individual contributor role in JLL’s marketing team, focused on turning brand measurement data into strategic insights.

What you'll do

• Monitor global brand health metrics and report shifts over time.
• Link metric changes to events that may have driven the shifts.
• Integrate data from digital, offline, independent studies, surveys, and other feedback sources.
• Define and calculate brand health metrics and identify patterns and trends.
• Create interactive dashboards and brand performance reports using reporting tools.
• Generate regular insights, presentations, and actionable recommendations for brand strategy.
• Analyze digital marketing platform data to assess campaign impact and engagement.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics & market research.
• Great communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data mining.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and R.
• Proficiency with analytics/measurement tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and their data (e.g., Adobe/Google Analytics, social media analytics, paid media platforms).
• Solid analytical skills with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and basic data manipulation).
