Assistant Manager - Data Analyst

Overview

Assistant Manager - Data Analyst role focused on data gathering, cleaning, analysis, and reporting to deliver insights and support business decisions.

What you'll do

• Gather data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems and databases.
• Detect trends or patterns in complex datasets.
• Cleanse data and review reports/outputs to identify and fix coding errors.
• Track process metrics and SLAs and drive improvement.
• Develop dashboards, charts, and visual aids for decision-making.
• Create and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports using MS Excel and Power BI.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Statistics, or a comparable discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics or data science roles.
• Advanced data analysis skills with independent client handling and execution ability.
• Advanced understanding of data management and visualization practices.
• Experience with advanced MS Office (Excel), Power BI, and VBA macros.
• Fluency in Python and SQL for data analytics.

Nice to have

• Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate) for process automation.
• Flexibility to work mid-shift timings and extended business hours.
