Assistant Project Manager

Overview

Manage and execute Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects across Mumbai, covering end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, installation supervision, commissioning, and project management for CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Building Controls/Automation solutions.

What you'll do

• Manage execution of IBMS projects from initiation to handover.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems (ACS), Building Automation & Controls Systems (BMS), and Fire & Security Integration Systems.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical support during project execution.
• Monitor project costs, material utilization, and resource allocation.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors for successful project delivery.
• Support customer acceptance testing and project handover activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in execution and project management of IBMS/BMS, CCTV, ACS, ELV, or Security Systems projects.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and field device integration.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Building Automation Systems, Security Systems, and Integrated Solutions.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Exposure to HVAC controls, PLC/DDC Controllers, and Industrial Communication Protocols.
• Customer-facing project execution experience.
