CLO Administrator (TSS Operations), AS

Overview

Lead the day-to-day operations of the CLO and loan servicing processes within TSS Operations, managing the team and delivering operational performance aligned with business goals.

What you'll do

• Be responsible and accountable for the operational performance and day-to-day deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Perform internal controls and support daily production.
• Plan and execute responsibilities to manage People, Process, Risk and Operational Excellence.
• Lead the daily calls with the Business/onshore, understanding and articulating requirements for the smooth functioning of the process.
• Address ad-hoc issues and client queries on a timely basis, ensuring all communications are responded to before end of day.
• Ensure standard operating procedures and all documentation are updated regularly to audit standards, and that the team follows them for all operational functions.
• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures, and ensure mandatory compliance courses are completed on time by you and your team.
• Coach, mentor, develop and provide career development planning and opportunities to team members; motivate and support them to achieve objectives and goals.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide performance feedback to staff, and identify and reward performers through recognition programs.
• Work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze and improve existing processes through process improvement and redesign / reengineering.
• Partner extensively with IT on system issues, changes and enhancements, and assist in requirements gathering and managing execution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related subject, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have skills: Collateral Debt Obligations (CDO), Collateral Loan Obligation (CLO), loan operations and loan servicing.
• Excellent leadership, people management, time management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level.
• Ability to analyze training needs and requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities.
• Good decision-making skills with appropriate response to high-pressure situations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to deliver high transaction productivity with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows to solve business problems, applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.

• Location: Mumbai, India.
• Shift time: 2 PM to 11 PM.
