Assoc Analyst Business Operations

Overview

Performs intermediate-level data research and operational expense analysis to improve overall supply chain costs and procedural efficiencies, preparing situational data analyses and presenting findings to managers or project leaders.

What you'll do

• Review and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving efficiencies and divisional cost savings.
• Analyze and distribute reports daily, weekly and monthly, highlighting areas of opportunity for expense reduction.
• Provide basic analysis and reporting by working with Inventory Management, Information Systems, Financial Audit, A/P and other such groups in the organization.
• Identify future and/or past sales trends to assist in developing effective growth and expansion plans.
• Organize plans and recommend basic analysis and reports.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and projects aimed at enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.
• Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve inventory practices.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using basic functions, inserting charts, Pivot Tables, nested formulas).
• Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
