Associate Analyst

Overview

Associate Analyst role in Bengaluru focused on inventory replenishment and inventory KPI improvements through analysis, reporting, and process execution.

What you'll do

• Execute inventory flow processes and operational reporting to manage Inventory KPIs.
• Carry out inventory replenishment and planning strategies supporting business value.
• Support inventory troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, including purchase order management and trend analysis.
• Monitor key performance metrics to manage inventory flows within capacity constraints.
• Extract data and perform reporting and analysis to generate business insights.
• Handle inventory system/process exceptions following SOPs.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of inventory management or supply chain operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering (MBA/master’s in Supply Chain preferred).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with data mining and visualization tools such as SQL, MS Access, VBA, and Excel.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for developing analytical documents for management.
• Understanding of a retail distribution network.
