Associate/Analyst - Planning

Overview

Associate/Analyst in JCIB Planning supporting development and implementation of GCIB India country and product strategy.

What you'll do

• Strategically support the development of GCIB India’s country and product strategy.
• Implement regional/country initiatives and monitor/report progress.
• Own a sector coverage plan for 2–3 sectors and map potential target universe.
• Lead sustained outreach to promoters/C-suite and investor groups to generate first meetings.
• Build and maintain an intermediary network (CA/law firms, PE/VC, lenders, industry associations).
• Monitor financial performance vs targets and maintain revenue/expense budget database.
• Manage MIS and periodical updating/reporting with HQ and regional teams.
