Associate Consultant-1

Overview

Full Stack Engineer role focused on building web applications, backend services and integrations, with hands-on exposure to enterprise MarTech platforms. Training on MarTech tools is provided after onboarding.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Build and support backend services and REST APIs for business applications.
• Create responsive, accessible and user-friendly front-end experiences using modern web development practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test and deploy software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, estimation and other Agile development activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues, investigate defects and support timely resolution.
• Learn and contribute to MarTech platforms, integrations and customer engagement solutions.
• Continuously strengthen technical skills and adapt to evolving business and technology requirements.

What you'll need

• Strong programming fundamentals in Java.
• Good working knowledge of Node.js development.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web application architecture.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with source control systems such as Git.
• Good problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills.
• 1 to 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new technologies and platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Self-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Nice to have

• Exposure to modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Basic understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Awareness of cloud platforms or CI/CD practices.
• Interest in digital marketing technologies and customer experience platforms.
