Associate Consultant -EPM

Overview

Support the implementation, customization and optimization of Oracle ERP applications as an Oracle Analyst, developing technical expertise and functional knowledge of enterprise solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Assist in the design, development and deployment of Oracle ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and configure Oracle applications accordingly.
• Support troubleshooting, debugging and performance optimization of Oracle ERP systems.
• Contribute to system integrations, data migrations and automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports and process improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging Oracle technologies to enhance solution capabilities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, 2025-2026 batch preferred.
• Consistent academic record with minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications (55% or equivalent for Maharashtra based candidates).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Access, SQL).
• Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS and database management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies and methodologies in enterprise solutions.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies and methodologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JavaScript, Web Services (SOAP, REST), WSDL, XML, Python and XSLT.
