Associate Consultant -HCM

Overview

Associate Consultant role within Huron's HCM practice, working with industry experts to implement, optimize and support Oracle ERP Finance solutions.

What you'll do

• Assist in financial analytics, reporting, and data insights using Oracle ERP solutions.
• Collaborate on compliance, data management, and financial system optimization.
• Contribute to business process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support ERP system configurations, integrations, and enhancements.

What you'll need

• MBA HR graduates in 2025/2026.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Consistent academic record of minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications (Maharashtra based candidates: minimum 55% or equivalent).
• Maximum 2-year gap in education, with no standing arrears or active backlogs at the time of joining.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Access.
• Understanding of ERP systems, financial processes, or business operations.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to technology-driven financial solutions.
