Associate Consultant

Overview

Support software implementation projects for customers as an Associate Professional Services Consultant. The role combines consultancy, Showpad platform configuration, technical requirements gathering, training, and change management.

What you'll do

• Deliver software implementation projects and managed-services tasks.
• Facilitate customer sessions, trainings, and workshops.
• Provide best-practice recommendations aligned with customer goals.
• Configure and optimize Showpad for customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Support and Professional Services teams to resolve implementation issues.
• Manage project communications and respond to requests.
• Document project best practices and lessons learned.

What you'll need

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong technical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Interest in building a Professional Services career in SaaS technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive, self-starting, and results-driven approach.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of customer project experience.
• Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, CMS/ECM, SharePoint, or DAM tools.
• Additional language proficiency such as Spanish, French, or German.

Details

• Location: Pune.
• Occasional travel is required for organizational meetings and customer onsite engagements.
