CWM Consultant Associate

Overview

The Associate Consultant is the operational SME for a contingent workforce program in designated location(s) and group(s), supporting India professional contingent worker engagements.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contingent workforce program issues.
• Ensure operational KPIs and SLAs are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Guide resource managers and vendors on program processes and requirements.
• Monitor program performance (KPIs, SLAs, and cost savings) and present findings.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in contingent workforce management, HR operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contingent workforce management principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations related to contingent workers in India.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), specifically Workday VNDLY.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
