Associate Consultant - Enterprise Risk Advisory 4A

Overview

Associate Consultant role in Genpact's Enterprise Risk Advisory practice, focused on T&E (travel and expense) audit.

What you'll do

• Play a key role in understanding project requirements for planning, crafting, implementation, and reporting.
• Handle service delivery and team work, working with all levels of staff and supervising team members.
• Work on T&E tools such as Concur, Workday, AppZen, etc.
• Know basic process and policy requirements concerning T&E.
• Identify exceptions and non-compliances in T&E.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Commerce.
• Experience working on T&E tools such as Concur, Workday, AppZen, etc.
• Basic knowledge of T&E process and policy requirements.
• Experience identifying exceptions and non-compliances in T&E.

Nice to have

• Good interpersonal skills in English, both written and oral.
• Preferred experience of working in international client-facing roles.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to take on challenges; new account transition experience is helpful.
• Ability to work efficiently with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discreetly and deftly.
• Ability to multitask and drive several initiatives in parallel.
• Ability to prioritize multiple partners and react to deadlines with flexibility and integrity.
• Good PC skills, including Word, Excel, Visio.
