Consultant - Demand Planning

Overview

Drive improvement in forecast accuracy by optimizing demand-planning processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing insights to regional demand planners for South East and Middle East Asian markets.

What you'll do

• Manage forecasting and replenishment activities, including Sales/Stock Uploads and IMS forecast uploads.
• Validate statistical forecasts in OMP and run distributor replenishment planning and sell-in/sell-out models.
• Reconcile inventory gaps and generate bottom-up shipment plans.
• Partner to develop and enrich the consensus demand plan using market intelligence and assumptions tracking.
• Maintain planning-system and master-data integrity for SKUs, item planning setup, launches/delistings, and forecast/control inputs.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning with demand review pre-work and month reporting artifacts.

What you'll need

• 3 years of related experience in demand planning.
• Full-time graduation from an accredited university.
• Technical knowledge of operations and demand planning processes and Excel.
• Experience with planning systems such as OMP, SAP, or O9.
• Critical thinking and learning agility to work in ambiguous situations and different markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
