Associate Consultant - IT

Overview

Associate Consultant - IT to support IT teams by researching business problems and delivering automated, BI, ETL, and AI-enabled solutions.

What you'll do

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate, and develop cost-effective systems and procedures.
• Research, design, and test new systems and system enhancements aligned to site and customer requirements.
• Resolve system improvements and supervise correct implementation to meet business/customer needs.
• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues for smooth operation.
• Execute Global IT projects.

What you'll need

• Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.
• Functional knowledge with education in Systems/industrial engineering, computer science, programming, or related fields.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Programming and automation experience including Python and Unix Shell scripting.
• Experience with BI/analytics and data platforms such as Snowflake, Tableau, and MicroStrategy.
• Desirable knowledge of Jira and confluence.
