Associate Content Ingestion Analyst - XML

Overview

Associate Content Ingestion Analyst - XML supports end-to-end content workflows from publisher deposit to product delivery, including automated and manual acquisition, validation, ingestion, and delivery.

What you'll do

• Acquire and ingest content via Web, FTP, API, and publisher platforms.
• Review publisher websites and content sources for complete and accurate acquisition.
• Monitor automated acquisition (DAF) processes and resolve ingestion issues.
• Validate content against source data and perform quality checks.
• Support publisher onboarding and content delivery activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to resolve content-related issues.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 0 to 4 years of experience in Content Acquisition, Content Ingestion, Data Operations, or related areas.
• Familiarity with web, FTP, API, or email-based content acquisition methods.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and willingness to use AI-powered tools for efficiency.
• Basic understanding of XML, metadata, or content processing workflows.
• Familiarity with Regex, DTD/XSD schemas, XPath expressions and functions (preferred).
