Content Analyst

Overview

Content Analyst to expand AlphaSense’s content offering and support client needs by onboarding, ingesting, monitoring, and troubleshooting content.

What you'll do

• Identify and evaluate new web sources for content onboarding.
• Configure automatic content ingestion and web scraping jobs via an admin interface.
• Verify and upload content such as company presentations and other materials from websites.
• Review processing alerts and maintain scraping configurations to ensure quality ingestion.
• Define requirements for quality reports and execute quality reports.
• Provide 3rd level support for content-related inquiries and track escalated issues.

What you'll need

• 0-4 years of data entry and/or data maintenance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Web research and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite, with basic technical knowledge.
• Superior Excel skills.
• Must be able to work a late shift to support the U.S. revenue team.
