Content Analyst

Overview

Content Analyst to expand AlphaSense’s content offering and support client needs by onboarding, ingesting, and monitoring content quality.

What you'll do

• Identify and evaluate new web sources to augment the content offering.
• Onboard and maintain content, including reviewing processing alerts.
• Configure and maintain automatic content ingestion and web scraping jobs.
• Verify and upload presentations and other content from companies and regulatory/other websites.
• Define and execute quality reports for content ingestion.
• Provide 3rd level support for content-related inquiries and track issues.
• Track processing state, generate usage reports, and maintain logs of content requests.

What you'll need

• 0-4 years of data entry and/or data maintenance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical skills and web research experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
• Superior Excel skills.
• Ability to distill and explain complex issues clearly.
• Must be able to work a late shift to support the U.S. revenue team.
