Associate Content Specialist

Overview

Support the creation, maintenance, and delivery of legal and regulatory products by preparing data for print and electronic publishing within a Content Operations team.

What you'll do

• Analyze, key, convert, code, copyread, edit, merge, render, load, and validate data.
• Support process migrations and publishing deliverables.
• Meet deadlines and prioritize assigned work.
• Use systems, software, databases, and applications to deliver quality products.
• Maintain accurate and complete work products and computer files.
• Participate in team meetings and performance management activities.
• Collaborate with team members and contacts across teams and departments.

What you'll need

• Less than 12 months of experience.
• Any graduate qualification.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Technical aptitude with word processing and file management applications.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
• Detail-oriented analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to changing work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with legal terminology and court, legislative, and regulatory levels.
• Previous publishing experience.
• Interest in artificial intelligence.
