Associate Customer Application Engineer

Overview

Associate Customer Application Engineer responsible for maintaining Ivalua Buyer applications, managing customer relationships, and delivering technical enhancements and operational support.

What you'll do

• Manage customer relationships for application maintenance.
• Gather business requirements and assess impacts on implemented solutions.
• Configure and customize Ivalua Buyer using C# .NET and SQL.
• Debug and reverse-engineer solutions to resolve project issues.
• Manage application deliveries and technical operational issues.
• Interact with the R&D team on product features.
• Contribute to peer code reviews.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of software development experience.
• Experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Ability to understand complex functional and technical environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people.
• BE/BTech or master's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Functional knowledge of SRM, supply chain, or procurement.
• Experience working with AI and Claude Code.
• Procurement domain knowledge.
